Uğur ERDOĞAN
Board MemberBorn in 1967 in Erzincan, Uğur Erdoğan has been an integral member of the Denizli business community since 1988. With more than 30 years of experience in international transportation, he has also made significant contributions in customs consultancy, becoming a recognized expert in his field. A dedicated advocate for social responsibility, Uğur Erdoğan has played an active role in numerous non-governmental organizations and political initiatives. His leadership in the business sector includes serving as a Board Member and Vice President of the Denizli Exporters' Association. He was also a member of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) and held the position of Deputy Chairman of the International Transportation and Logistics Service Producers Association (UKAT), where he continues to serve as a valued member of the Board of Directors. In the political realm, Uğur Erdoğan has demonstrated his leadership capabilities through roles such as District Chairman and Deputy Provincial Chairman. He has been an active member of the Denizli Chamber of Commerce (DTO) since March 9, 2005, contributing to the organization as Treasurer and Board Member. In recognition of his leadership, he was appointed President of DTO on September 28, 2016, and subsequently elected Chairman of the Board of Directors during the 2018 General Assembly. During the 74th General Assembly of TOBB held on May 14-15, 2018, Uğur Erdoğan was elected to the newly established 22-person General Administrative Board (GİK) and the Council of Chambers of Commerce. In the same year, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of Customs and Tourism Enterprises Trade Inc. (GTİ) of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB), expanding his influence in national and international economic affairs. Uğur Erdoğan is married and has three children.
