Born in 1976 in Polatlı, Ulvi Sakarya completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in his hometown before earning a degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Inönü University.

He began his professional career in the insurance sector and has since diversified his entrepreneurial pursuits, engaging in a wide range of industries including private school management, agriculture, advertising, press publishing, and journalism.

A respected and influential young businessman in Polatlı, Ulvi Sakarya is known for his proactive approach to development and his significant contributions to the local business landscape. In 2009, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce, and in 2013, he was elected Chairman of the Board.

His leadership extends beyond local business, as he is a member of the Council of Chambers of Commerce within the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Türkiye (TOBB) and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Polatlı Chamber of Commerce Organized Industrial Zone.

Fluent in English, Ulvi Sakarya is married and a proud father of three children.
