Ulvi Sakarya was born in 1976, in Polatlı. He finished elementary and high school in Polatlı. He graduated from İnönü University with a Business Administration degree. He started his working carrier in insuarence sector and also involved in private school administration,advertisement,agriculture,press and journalism sectors.He became a young respectable businessman in Polatlı because of his activity at many sectors and being open to improve himself.In 2009 he became a Member of the Executive Board of Polatlı Chamber of Commerce and in 2013 he was selected as the President of the Board of Polatlı Chamber of Commerce. Sakarya is also Member of the Council of TOBB Chambers of Commerce and Chairman of the Board of  Polatlı Chamber of Commerce Organised Industrial Zone. Sakarya knows English. He is married and is father of three children.
