Kapıkule Border Gate is the gateway from Türkiye to Bulgaria and thus to the entire Europe. Serving as a major hub for external trade with Europe and as one of the busiest border gates of our country, Kapıkule holds significant importance for Türkiye both economically and in terms of culture and tourism.

Especially during the summer months, Kapıkule, which is predominantly used by our expatriate citizens traveling from Europe by road, covers a total area of 403,900 square meters. It provides services to drivers and passengers in a total of 23 lanes, with 12 exits and 11 entrances for cars and buses, and 14 lanes, with 8 exits and 6 entrances for trucks.

In two separate commercial buildings with a total closed area of 19,900 square meters, one designated for passengers and the other for trucks, various amenities are available at Kapıkule Border Gate. These include Duty-Free shops, dining areas, a market, a souvenir shop, a currency exchange office, a barber, ATMs, telecommunication services, and insurance agencies. As a result, all drivers and passengers using Kapıkule Border Gate can fulfill their personal needs in areas such as restrooms, showers, and mosques while also enjoying a modern and comfortable shopping experience.

Additionally, within the premises, Turkey's largest fuel station allows simultaneous refueling for up to 24 commercial vehicles. In accordance with regulations published by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, export-oriented commercial vehicles carrying goods for export benefit from exemption from Special Consumption Tax (SCT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) on fuel sales, thus promoting exports.

Through extensive renovation and expansion works carried out in 2020, Kapıkule, which was initially modernized by our company in 2008 and opened for service in 2009, continues to serve as the lifeline for trade, logistics, and human mobility between Turkey and Europe.
